1 750mL Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 quart milk
1 quart heavy cream
2 dozen eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1. Separate eggs.
2. Beat yolks until creamy.
3. Whip sugar into yolks.
4. Beat whites until they stand in peaks, adding 1/2 cup additional sugar, if desired.
5. Beat yolks and Basil Hayden® Bourbon together.
6. Add whites.
7. Beat cream.
8. Add cream and milk to mixture.
9. Add nutmeg to taste
10. Garnish each cup with nutmeg.
