Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 part simple syrup
- 0.5 Dry Red Wine (Merlot or Cabernet recommended)
- 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)
How to craft
1. Add Basil Hayden® Bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to shaker with ice. Shake.
2. Strain into a coupe glass over 1 large ice cube.
3. Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
