WHAT YOU NEED

1.5 Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Chilled strong black tea
A splash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 Teaspoon simple syrup or sugar, to taste
Plenty of ice
Lemon wheel or fresh mint for garnish

How to craft

1. Fill a tall highball glass with large ice cubes.

2. Pour in the chilled black tea until the glass is about 2/3 full.

3. Add Basil Hayden® Bourbon.

4. Add the simple syrup (or sugar) and, if you like, a splash of fresh lemon juice.

5. Mix gently to combine everything.

6. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel or a sprig of mint.

7. Serve and enjoy.
